Data of a Bandai Namco Passport that is currently registered can be transferred to a new card.
* Note Locked cards cannot be used for games. To use the card again, please unlock it.
* To unlock the card, click the "Lock released" button in the slot which says "Locked" on the top page of the card site.
1. On My Page, click the "Lock" button of the slot for the card that is the source of the card information to be transferred.
2. Read the notes carefully, and if you agree, click the "Yes" button. Locking is complete.
