General Usage of the Website

What is a BANAPASSPORT?

A BANAPASSPORT is a system provided by NAMCO BANDAI Games to manage information, points, and payments of various sites using a single ID.
A BANAPASSPORT Member can use the same ID for any service supporting the BANAPASSPORT system.
The services the BANAPASSPORT can be used will continue to expand in the future.

The data stored on your BANAPASSPORT Card can be managed using your BandaiNamcoID on this site.

How can I use the BANAPASSPORT Card service?

A BandaiNamcoID is required to use the BANAPASSPORT service.
Anyone that does not have a BandaiNamcoID needs to register as a member using the member registration page.
The BANAPASSPORT service can be use by registering your card after registering as a member.
An email address must be supplied for registration.

Anyone currently using a BandaiNamcoID on supported sites can login using that ID and password to use the BANAPASSPORT services.

Does it cost money to become a member?

Becoming a BANAPASSPORT Member and managing your data on the BANAPASSPORT Card Site is free.
Charged services may be provided in the future.
*You will be charged a communication fee when connecting.

I want to change my nickname and password for logging in.

Your nickname and password can be set in the user settings of My Page.

Registering/changing cards

I want to register my BANAPASSPORT Card.

Please register your card using the following steps.

1. Login to the BANAPASSPORT Card Site.
2. Click the Register button on the registration page of My Page.
3. Enter the access code for your card.
I cannot transfer my card data.

Cards that have already been registered on the BANAPASSPORT Card Site using a different BandaiNamcoID can not be registered as a new card.
I cannot transfer my card data.

A card that has been used with a game cannot be used to transfer data.
The card to transfer data to has to be a new card that hasn't been used.
I want to delete the card I registered.

A card that has been registered cannot be deleted.
A card that is registered can be frozen by transferring the data to another card.

This message may appear if the wrong code is entered several times in a row.

I would like to withdrawal my membership from the BANAPASSPORT Card Site.

The BANAPASSPORT Card Site (this site) does not have a function to cancel memberships.
To unlink the Bandai Namco ID from the card, delete the ID on the ID registration site. In this case, note that the services on the Bandai Namco ID-compatible sites other than the Banapassport site will be unavailable.
You can continue to use game functions on a card for which the link has been deleted, but once the link to the card is deleted card site functions such as data transfer can no longer be used.
