Starting from 2025/3/27, there will be some changes to the information provided regarding services.

As a result, users with a Child Account will be required to reconfirm consent for the new information provisions. Please refer to the following details.

[Reconfirmation Process]
Target:
Users utilizing services with a Child Account under Bandai Namco ID.
*This does not affect users with a General Account, who may continue using the services as usual.

Required Procedure:
After performing the necessary steps on the Child Account, a guardian must complete the process using their Guardian Account.


- On or after 2025/3/27, please log out of the service once.
- Log in again to the service using your Bandai Namco ID and press the displayed "Send consent request to parent/guardian" button.
- Once the message "Consent request sent." appears on the screen, an email will be sent to the Guardian Account requesting approval for service usage.

Please ask the guardian to follow the steps outlined below under "Steps for the Guardian Account."



- The guardian should access the URL provided in the received email, review the information being shared with the service, and complete the consent process.
- Once the process is complete, the message "Completed permission to use services." will be displayed.

After completing these steps, the child will be able to continue using the service.

[Important Notes]
- The reconfirmation process must be completed separately for each service used with a Child Account under Bandai Namco ID.
- If reconfirmation is not completed, some parts of the service may remain accessible, but key functions such as product shipping and campaign participation will be unavailable until consent is granted.
To ensure full enjoyment of the service’s content, we encourage you to complete the reconfirmation process as soon as possible.
