[Changes and Maintenance]
The current [Address] information will be divided into the following two categories.

Residential Address (for identity verification and various procedures)
* Please register your current residential address.
* The address you register must be in the same country as the [Country of Residence] selected when you registered your Bandai Namco ID.
* Please note that the [First Name] cannot be changed once registered.

Delivery Address (for shipping)
* As before, you can register multiple addresses for product deliveries and other purposes.
* You can register up to five addresses in total, including your [Residential Address].
(* If you already have more than five addresses registered, you can register a new address after deleting addresses until you have five or fewer.)
* The [First Name] for a delivery address can be changed.

Due to this change, the following features will be unavailable during the maintenance period from 2026/9/24 02:00 - 03:00 (UTC) *24 hour clock.
* New registration for services that require address information
* Viewing and editing address information
- Features that use address information in linked services (such as specifying or changing a delivery address) will also be unavailable.
- Features other than those listed above (such as new account registration, login authentication, and use of Bandai Namco Coins) will remain available during the maintenance period.

[Action Required]
Starting from 2026/9/24 03:00 (UTC) *24 hour clock, you will need to register your [Residential Address] when using services that require residential address information or when changing your Bandai Namco ID address information.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration.

[Important Notes]
Until you register your [Residential Address], procedures that require address information, such as shipping campaign prizes, may not proceed smoothly.
If you are currently using an applicable service or plan to enter a campaign, please register your [Residential Address] as soon as possible.

[For Parents and Guardians]
For child accounts, registration must be completed by a parent or guardian.
Until the parent or guardian completes the required procedure, the child account will temporarily be unable to log in.
This may also prevent the child from entering campaigns or receiving prizes, so please complete the procedure as soon as possible.
