If you recognize the login mentioned in the notification, no action is required.

If you receive a notification email for a login you do not recognize, someone other than you may have logged in to your Bandai Namco ID. To help keep your account secure, please consider changing your password and checking your registered information.

Notification emails will be sent in the following cases:

・When you log in for the first time after this feature becomes available
　※A notification email will be sent for the first login after this feature becomes available, even if the login is from a smartphone, computer, browser, or other environment that you have used before.
・When you log in from a smartphone, computer, browser, or other environment that you are using for the first time
・When logging in with a Child Account
　※In this case, the notification email will be sent to the parent or guardian’s email address.
　※If the child’s own email address is registered, the notification email will also be sent to the child.

Notification emails will not be sent in the following cases:

・When logging in from the same environment that has been used before, except for the first login after this feature becomes available
・When you create a new account and continue to log in immediately afterward

Please note that this feature applies to users who have registered an email address.
